The Fairview city council shall adopt and thereafter may modify its rules for the conduct of the council’s business and governing its members’ conduct as well as others involved with and in council meetings by resolution, the same to be known as the “Rules of the Fairview City Council.” (Ord. 3-2007 § 1; Ord. 7-1992 § 1)
2.05.015 Charter interpretation.
The phrase “next election” in Section 21 of the City of Fairview Charter of 1992 shall mean the next general election available under state law. (Ord. 2-2012 § 1)
