9.30.010 Enforcement of county code.
The city of Fairview authorizes Multnomah County, its agents and representatives to enforce, within the city limits of Fairview, Multnomah County Code sections concerning alarm systems, currently Multnomah County Code Sections 15.700 through 15.714, and as may be amended and enlarged in the future. (Ord. 4-2020 § 1 (Exh. A))
9.30.020 Fees.
Any fees implemented by Multnomah County Code Sections 15.700 through 15.714 shall be adopted and collected as set forth in Multnomah County Code Sections 15.700 through 15.714 and shall be applicable to actions taken under this Chapter 9.30 within Fairview. (Ord. 4-2020 § 1 (Exh. A))
