1.10.010 Establishing penalty for violation of city ordinances.
Violations of city ordinances shall be cited and prosecuted as violations, as the term is defined in Oregon law, and shall be punishable upon conviction by a fine not to exceed $500.00. Each day a violation continues shall be treated as a separate offense. [Ord. 254 § 2, 2002.]
1.10.020 Alternative remedies.
In addition to the penalty set forth in GMC 1.10.010, the city shall have as alternative remedies for any violation of its ordinances the right to bring suit to enjoin, to abate, for mandamus, or to bring other appropriate proceedings to enforce compliance with its ordinances. [Ord. 254 § 3, 2002.]
