SEWER, WATER, AND STORM DRAIN EXTENSIONS

13.35.010 Extensions allowed after annexation.
Sewer, water, and drainage services will be extended only after annexation occurs, unless there is a documented health hazard. (Reso. 1978-2 § 1, 1978)
13.35.020 Costs.
All costs will be borne by the applicant and improvements will be at city standards. (Reso. 1978-2 § 2, 1978)
13.35.030 Conformity to comprehensive and facilities plans required.
All extensions of sewer, water, and storm drains shall conform to the comprehensive plan and facilities plans for the system. (Reso. 1978-2 § 3, 1978)
13.35.040 Proper and adequate utilization and hookup required.
All persons developing or wishing to develop areas within the existing city and urban growth boundary that, due to elevation, slope, or other natural or manmade features, are unable to utilize properly the present gravity flow system, must, at that person’s expense, provide and install a city- approved device or devices that will allow proper and adequate utilization and hookup to the existing city sewage disposal system.
