154.01    Adoption of Comprehensive Plan

154.01 ADOPTION OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.

(A) The Council specifically finds that the City of Prineville Comprehensive Plan complies with the statewide planning goals for the State of Oregon.

(B) The Council accepts the City of Prineville Planning Commission recommendation as forwarded and adopts the City of Prineville Comprehensive Plan as set forth and attached to Ordinance No. 1143 by reference as if fully set forth herein.

(C) The City Recorder shall place a certified copy of Ordinance No. 1143 in the city’s permanent records and the Community Development Department of the city shall forward a certified copy of that ordinance and the adopted City of Prineville Comprehensive Plan to the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development along with the proper notice for acknowledgment within ten days of the effective date of Ordinance No. 1143.

(D) The Community Development Department shall give notice to all relevant parties of the adoption of a City of Prineville Comprehensive Plan.
