ANNUAL BUDGET

3.10.010 Budget officer.
The Mayor is designated as the budget officer for the City and shall perform all duties of this office as required by the current version of the Uniform Fiscal Procedures Act for Utah Cities and other applicable provisions of the Utah Code as amended. (Ord. 2015-04 § 1, 2015.)
3.10.020 Annual budget.
The Mayor, with the assistance of the City Recorder, shall prepare an annual budget for the City, which shall be considered and adopted by the City Council as required by the current version of the Uniform Fiscal Procedures Act for Utah Cities and other applicable provisions of the Utah Code as amended. (Ord. 2015-04 § 1, 2015.)
3.10.030 Budget amendments.
During a fiscal year, the Mayor, City Recorder, or any member of the City Council or a department head may suggest amendments to the annual budget to increase the budgeted amount in any of the City’s separate funds. The Mayor may then prepare, with the assistance of the City Recorder, a proposed budget amendment for the City, which shall be considered and acted on by the City Council as required by the current version of the Uniform Fiscal Procedures Act for Utah Cities and other applicable provisions of the Utah Code as amended.
