Helper City hereby adopts the return to work program, which is attached to the ordinance codified in this section as Exhibit A, and by this reference is incorporated herein. The return to work program identifies the procedures to be followed by Helper City and employees to achieve the goal of helping injured employees get healthy and return to work. [Ord. 2015-3 § 1].
