Editor’s note—An ordinance adopted Dec. 15, 2008, repealed Ch. 26 in its entirety and enacted a new chapter as set out herein. The former Ch. 26, §§ 26-1—26-4, 26-16—26-20, 26-32—26-44 and 26-50—26-58, pertained to sewers and water pollution control and derived from §§ 2604, 3002, 3003, 3051, 3052, of the Rev.
