CEMETERY DISTRICTS

Sections:

13.16.010 Cemetery district No. 1.

The following described territory be and the same is declared to be duly organized as county cemetery district No. 1, to wit:

A. That portion of Washtucna School District No. 109-43 lying within Adams County, Washington and described as follows:

1. All of Sections 11, 12, 13, 14, and 21 through 36 in T 16, R 35; except Sections 29 and 30;

2. All of T 16 and R 36 except Section 6;

3. All of Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 17 through 36 in T 16, R 37;

4. All of Sections 13, 24, 25, and 36 in T 15, R 34;

5. All of T 15, R 35;

6. All of T 15, R 36;

7. All of Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 28, 29, 30 and 31 and the portion North of the river of Sections 32 and 33;

8. Also the W½ of Sections 2, 11, 14 and 21 all of T 15, R 37;

9. All EWM Adams County, Washington. (Res. dated 2/15/61)

13.16.020 Cemetery district No. 2.

There is established a county cemetery district No. 2 pursuant to RCW Chapter 68.16 in that portion of the county contained in the following election precincts:

A. Othello Rural North;

B. Othello Rural Southwest;

C. Othello Rural Southeast;

D. Radar;

E. Othello No. 1;

F. Othello No. 2;

G. Othello No. 3;

H. Othello No. 4;

I. Othello No. 5;

J. Othello No. 6;

K. Othello No. 7;

which district shall have all the powers set forth in RCW Chapter 68.16. (Res. 84-78)

13.16.030 Cemetery district No. 3.

Adams County cemetery district No. 3 is established and organized.

Boundaries are:

All of Section 36, and the E 1/2 of Section 35, Twp. 19 N., Range 33 E.;

All of Section 31, Twp. 19 N., Range 34 E.;

All of Sections 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36; also that portion of Sections 17, 18, 19, and 31, North and East of East Low Canal, in Twp. 18 N., Range 31 E.;

All of the Sections in Twp. 18 N., Range 32 E.; with the exception of Sections 1, 12, 13;

All of Sections 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 19 through 36; also the E 1/2 of Section 2, all in Twp. 18 N., Range 33 E.;

All of Sections 6, 7, 8, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, and the S 1/2 of Section 15; W 1/2 of Section 16; S 1/2 of Section 22, all in Twp. 18 N., Range 34 E.;
