PORT DISTRICTS

13.20.010 Port of Othello.
The board of county commissioners do set the boundaries for the Port of Othello as follows:
A. The Port of Othello to include all land within the city limits north of South ½ of Section 3, T 15, R 29, EWM, to be bounded on the west by Second Street, and the corporate city limits on the north and east.
B. Said Port of Othello to be divided into three commissioner districts, division to be set on a population basis. (Res. dated 10/4/66)
