1.10.010 Public hearings – Notice.

Notice of any public hearing, unless otherwise specified by law, shall be made by giving notice thereof to the official newspaper of the City, in writing, at least 72 hours prior to the hearing. The ordinance codified in this section shall not be construed to require publication of any such notice. (Ord. C-167 § 1, 1988)

1.10.020 Council agenda – Posting.

The preliminary agenda of each City Council meeting shall be mailed or delivered to the City’s official newspaper, and posted at City Hall, at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, unless otherwise required by law. (Ord. C-167 § 2, 1988)
