2.64.010 Definition of small works roster.
“Small works roster” (SWR) means a process through which there is competition for public works contracts following notification, normally through a request for quotes (RFQ), to some or all public works contractors who have requested placement on a roster kept by the local government agency. (Ord. C-776 § 3, 2012)
2.64.020 Small works roster established.
A. There is established for the City a small works roster comprised of all qualified contractors and consultants who request to be on the roster and who are, where required by law, properly licensed or registered to perform contracting or consulting work in the state of Washington.
B. The City has contracted with Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) to adopt for City use those statewide electronic databases for small works roster and consulting service developed and maintained by MRSC. Paper and electronic rosters may be kept on file by appropriate City departments. MRSC is the lead agency in the small works roster process. (Ord. C-776 § 4, 2012)
2.64.030 Small works roster procedures.*
The City’s small works roster procedures are set forth in the most current vendor list and small works roster resolution approved by the City Council. These procedures are in accordance with RCW 39.04.155. (Ord. C-776 § 4, 2012)
