3.20.010 Created.

There is created in the Office of the City Clerk-Treasurer a fund to be known as the “park and recreation fund.” (Ord. 135 § 1, 1972)

3.20.020 Source and use of moneys.

There shall be deposited in the fund such funds as the City Council shall from time to time provide, and the disbursements therefrom shall be for park and recreation purposes. (Ord. 135 § 2, 1972)
