PARK RESERVE FUND

3.24.010 Created.
There is established in the Office of the City Clerk-Treasurer a fund which shall be known as the “park reserve fund.” (Ord. C-469, 2001)
3.24.020 Source of moneys.
There shall be placed in the fund such sums as the City Council shall from time to time direct. (Ord. C-469, 2001)
3.24.030 Park impact fee.
There shall be assessed, to all new and/or relocated housing units (including manufactured) being placed in the City, a park impact fee as set by resolution of the City Council. The park impact fee amount will be the responsibility of the property owner and be placed in the park reserve fund and utilized for the purposes specified in AHMC 3.24.040. (Ord. C-469, 2001)
3.24.040 Expenditures.
The fund shall be held and used exclusively for current and future purchases and/or development of City Park properties and may not be used for any other purpose. (Ord. C-469, 2001)
