The District Attorney is appointed by the Board of Commissioners.
2.15.020 Authority.
The District Attorney is hereby authorized to provide legal counsel as assigned by the Board of Commissioners or General Manager.
2.15.030 Other legal services.
The District may hire other attorneys, aside from the District Attorney, to provide specialized legal services necessary for conducting District business.
