GENERAL MANAGER

2.10.010 Salary.

(1) The General Manager’s position will not be assigned to the salary grid, and the General Manager’s salary will not be set by the grid. Rather, the General Manager’s salary will be set separately by the Board of Commissioners.

(2) The General Manager’s salary shall be adjusted annually for cost of living at the same time and percentage rate as applied to the District’s salary grid.

(3) The General Manager’s salary will be reviewed and adjusted as determined appropriate by the Board of Commissioners.

(4) The Board of Commissioners reserves its right to modify the above process and to set the terms and conditions of employment for the General Manager as it deems appropriate in the best interests of the District. [Amended during 2016 codification; Res. 2529 §§ 1 – 5, 2009].
