1.12.010 Filing fee—Designated.
All petitions to annex lands to the city of Battle Ground shall require a filing fee at time of filing to be paid to the city in an amount as established by resolution. (Ord. 03-020 § 1, 2003: Ord. 02-009 § 4, 2002: Ord. 264 § 1, 1976)
1.12.020 Filing fee—Required.
No petitions for annexation shall be accepted by the city of Battle Ground unless the filing fee is paid. (Ord. 264 § 2, 1976)
1.12.030 Environmental impact statement costs.
If an environmental impact statement is determined to be required by any governmental body with power and jurisdiction to do so, including the city of Battle Ground, in connection with any annexation petition, then such annexation shall not be approved until the petitioner- applicant for annexation either reimburses the city, or pays directly, the full cost of such environmental impact statement preparation.
