MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC FUND

3.52.030 Warrants drawn on fund.
3.52.010 Established.
There is established a fund to be known as the “municipal electric fund” of the city. (Ord. 311-1/2 § 1, 1908)
3.52.020 Deposits.
All moneys derived from the sale of electricity by the city shall be placed in the municipal electric fund, save and except the 25 percent to be paid into the light fund, and from sale of bonds voted December 4, 1907. (Ord. 311-1/2 § 2, 1908)
3.52.030 Warrants drawn on fund.
Warrants shall be drawn from the municipal electric fund in payment of all accounts allowed by the city for all costs and expenses in any wise connected with building, keeping up, improving, operating, repairing or maintaining the electric light plant, which warrants shall be registered and paid in the same manner as current expense fund warrants.
