9.32.010 Furnishing liquor to minors—Possession and use—Prohibited.
Except in the case of liquor given or permitted to be given to a person under the age of twenty-one years by his parent or guardian for beverage or medicinal purposes, or administered to him by his physician or dentist for medicinal purposes, no person shall give, or otherwise supply liquor to any person under the age of twenty-one years, or permit any person under that age to consume liquor on his premises under his control. It is unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one years to acquire or have in his possession or consume any liquor except as in this section provided and except when such liquor is being used in connection with religious services. 9.32.020 Minors frequenting taverns—Misrepresentation of age—Prohibited.
It shall be a misdemeanor:
A. To serve or allow to remain on the premises of any tavern any person under the age of twenty-one years;
B. For any person under the age of twenty-one years to enter or remain on the premises of any tavern;
C. For any person under the age of twenty-one years to represent his age as being twenty-one or more years for the purpose of securing admission to or remaining on the premises of any tavern. (Ord. 383 (part), 1979)
9.32.030 Leaving child unattended in vehicle prohibited.
It is unlawful for any person or persons whether the same be parent, agent, guardian or in a supervisory capacity of any minor child under the age of seven years, to leave the same unattended in any vehicle in or upon a public way or place inside the town limits. “Unattended” as used in this section means that the minor child is left without someone of suitable age being constantly with them. 9.32.040 Child molestation.
A person who within the town limits who by word, sign, signal or act accosts or molests any minor child with intent to contribute to the delinquency of such child is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 383 (part), 1979)
9.32.050 Abuse of pupil by teacher.
Any teacher who maltreats or abuses any pupil by administering any unreasonable punishment, or who inflicts punishment on the head of a pupil, upon conviction thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 383 (part), 1979)
