SCHOOL SAFETY ZONES

A. Roake Street SW be and is declared to be a school zone area for the purposes of RCW 46.61.440 from the intersection of C Street SW to the elementary school property.
B. The council finds that an emergency exists because the safety of young children and their parents is involved. [Ord. 94-17 §§ 1, 2, 1994].
