FIGHTING IN PUBLIC

10.46.010 Definitions.
A. “Fight” means, but is not limited to, a physical altercation, battle, fray, combat, clash, skirmish, punch, tussle, scuffle, shoving match, exchange of blows, physical struggle for supremacy, brawl, fracas, donnybrook, ruckus, and/or melee.
B. “Fight” does not include any physical altercation, clash, tussle, scuffle, shoving match, and/or physical struggle for supremacy which occurs as part of a competitive sports event or other officially licensed event.
C. “Public place,” as used in this section, shall have the same meaning as defined in RCW 66.04.010(35). (Ord. 2264 § 1 (part), 2011)
10.46.020 Fighting in public.
A. It is unlawful for any person to intentionally fight with another person in a public place.
B. Fighting in public is a gross misdemeanor. (Ord. 2264 § 1 (part), 2011)
