RCW 9.91.140, Food Coupons, as now in force or hereafter amended, added to or deleted from, is adopted by reference as part of this chapter. (Ord. 1688 § 19 (part), 1990).

10.47.050 Obstructing a law enforcement officer.

It is unlawful for any person to make a wilfully untrue, misleading or exaggerated statement to a law enforcement officer while the officer is engaged in the discharge of his or her official power or duties, or to wilfully hinder, delay or obstruct any law enforcement officer in the discharge of his or her official powers or duties. (Ord. 1688 § 19 (part), 1990).
