1.124.010 Expenditures—Designated.

Money collected under the bill (ESHB 431) passed by the 1983 Washington State Legislature amending RCW 13.40.080 shall be expended only for items that would not otherwise be provided for by the county. (Res. 83-71 § 1, 8/2/83).

1.124.020 Expenditures—Limitation.

Only that money generated and deposited under this legislation may be expended for those items, regardless of the amount budgeted. (Res. 83-71 § 2, 8/2/83).

1.124.030 Accounting procedures.

Appropriate accounting procedures shall be established to identify the revenue, expenditures, and unexpended cash associated with this legislation. (Res. 83-71 § 3, 8/2/83).
