DATA PROCESSING PETTY CASH FUND

1.139.010 Established—Custodians designated.
(a) A petty cash fund, to be known as the “data processing operations petty cash fund,” in the amount of one hundred dollars, is established for use by data processing.
(b) Manager of department is designated as custodian of said fund. (Res. 94-118 (part), 9/13/94; Res. 89-74 §§ 1, 2, 6/27/89).
1.139.020 Expenditures.
(a) Use of said fund is limited to expenditures properly chargeable to the data processing’s department budget.
(b) All expenditures shall be substantiated by receipts verifying all transactions. (Res. 89-74 §§ 3, 4, 6/27/89).
1.139.030 Annual reimbursement.
The petty cash fund shall be reimbursed to its full authorized amount as soon as possible after December 31st of each year while the prior year’s budget is still available. (Res. 89-74 § 5, 6/27/89).
