1.224.010 Established—Custodians.

(a)    A petty cash fund to be known as the district court probation petty cash fund is established in the amount of four hundred dollars.

(b)    Designated custodian of the fund shall be Deborah Yonaka.

(c)    Use of the fund shall be limited to transactions proper to district court business.

(d)    The petty cash fund shall be reimbursed to its full authorized amount as soon as possible before December 31st of each year prior to the end of the budget year. (Res. 2001-14, 2/5/01; Res. 99-144, 11/22/99; Res. 93-21, 2/16/93).
