MAIL DEPARTMENT PETTY CASH FUND
Sections:
1.324.010 Established.
(a) A petty cash fund shall be established for the mail department for the purpose of paying nominal expenditures.
(b) The established amount of said fund shall be one hundred dollars.
(c) Use of said monies shall be limited to expenditures properly chargeable to the mailroom.
(d) All expenditures shall be substantiated by original receipts verifying all transactions. (Res. 2001-122, 9/4/01; Res. 99-127, 10/18/99).
