ASSESSOR’S DEPARTMENT FEES

3.26.010 Fee schedule.
Customers of the assessor’s office shall reimburse Chelan County assessor for expenses incurred for specified services in accordance with Exhibit A.

All fees listed above are nonrefundable.
No application will be considered complete and processing will not commence until the appropriate fees have been received. Recording fees for the notice of approval/denial for current use assessment are included in this fee schedule.
Each application for which a fee is listed above will require a separate fee. Properties applying for a number of actions will need to remit the total of the various fees before processing begins. (Res. 2023-101, 10/30/23; Res. 2012-48, 5/21/12).
