LAKE WENATCHEE WATER DISTRICT

4.48.010 Established.
The Lake Wenatchee Water District shall now be and become a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, and the single-year property tax levy assessment of one dollar and twenty-five cents per thousand dollars of assessed value on real property in the district is ordered, and the name of the district shall be the Lake Wenatchee Water District.
