COLUMBIA SHORES WATER DISTRICT

4.52.010 Established.
The commission approves the formation of the Columbia Shores Water District as petitioned with the following boundary:
Those portions of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 9 that are south and west of the Oklahoma Gulch Road and identified as Parcel number 262109000100 together with those portions of Sections 15 and 16, that are North and West of the Columbia River, said lands are within T26N, R21 E.W.M. in Chelan County, Washington.
Except that portion of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 16, lying south and east of SR 97A.
And Except the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 16.
And Except the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 16.
And Except any portion of Parcels A and B of BLA 2004-110 as recorded November 30, 2004 under AFN 2188359, parcel numbers 262121210050 and 262116340150.
And Except Lot 2 of Chelan County SP 3108 as recorded October 14, 1998 under AFN 2038444, parcel number 262116110035.
And Except the West 100 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter and that portion of the South 435.61 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter and Govt. Lot 4 of Section 16, T26N, R21 E.W.M. Chelan County lying West of the westerly right-of-way of State Route 97A.
And Except the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 16, T26N, R21 E.W.M. Chelan County, Washington.
And Except that portion of Government Lot 4 in Section 16, Township 26 North, Range 21, E.W.M., Chelan County, Washington, conveyed to Virginia Lee Sage by Deed recorded December 3, 1964, under Auditor’s No. 628691, described as follows:
COMMENCE at the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 16; thence South 88°42'45” East along the North line of said Subdivision for 1303.58 feet to the Northeast corner of said Subdivision and the Southwest corner of said Government Lot 4; thence North 30°29'30” East, 395.11 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe on the easterly right of way limit of relocated Great Northern Railway, TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence northeasterly along said right of way limit on curve right to 3/4 inch iron pipe on said right of way limit which bears North 32°43'30” East 251.89 feet from last described point; thence South 53°11'30” East 377.30 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe; thence South 44°29'30” West 193.45 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe; thence North 63°24'30” West 338.83 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
And except that portion described as follows:
A parcel of land in Government Lot 4, Section 16, Township 26 North, Range 21, E.W.M., Chelan County, Washington, more particularly described in Statutory Warranty Deed filed under Auditor’s No. 623988, as follows:
COMMENCE at the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 16; thence South 88°42'45” East along the North line of said subdivision for 1303.58 feet to the Northeast corner of said subdivision and Southwest corner of said Government Lot 4; thence North 30°29'30” East 395.11 feet to a 3/4” iron pipe on the easterly right of way limit of relocated Great Northern Railway; thence North 32°43'30” East 251.89 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe on the easterly right of way limit of Great Northern Railway; TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence northeasterly along said right of way on a curve right to a 3/4” iron pipe on the said right of way limit which bears North 44°00'45” East for 467.36 feet from last described point; thence South 38°27'45” East for 380.10 feet to a 3/4” iron pipe; thence South 44°21'15” West for 370.28 feet to a 3/4” iron pipe; thence North 53°11'30” West for 377.30 feet to TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
