2.33A.020 Statutory powers and exemptions from state law.

Except to the extent otherwise provided for herein, this chapter supersedes the provisions of Chapter 36.34 RCW; PROVIDED, that the county shall retain all powers now or hereinafter granted by Chapter 36.34 RCW. (Sec. 2 of Ord. No. 1987-03-46)
