2.33A.030 Definitions.

(1)    “Board” means the Board of County Commissioners of Clark County.

(2)    “County” means Clark County, State of Washington.

(3)    “Worthless property” means that county property whose value at its site is less than its probable fair market value, less the cost of transporting it to the most advantageous place of disposal, as determined by the Property Manager or the custodial office or department.
