2.48A.120 Violations of emergency proclamation, rule or order, and penalties.

Violations of a declaration of emergency issued pursuant to Section 2.48A.070 or of a subsequent emergency order issued pursuant to Section 2.48A.080, or any other order or directive given by a law enforcement officer or designated emergency services personnel pursuant to authority of such declaration or orders is a misdemeanor; provided, that a second or subsequent offense hereunder shall be a gross misdemeanor. Such violations shall be punished as provided in Section 1.02.210 and RCW 9A.20.021(2) and 9A.20.021(3). (Ord. 2005-10-03)
