2.79.030 Fee recovery.

Fees allowable under this section may be recovered by the prevailing party incurring the same as court costs, from proceeds of any subsequent judicial sale, or as additions to a judgment upon proper application to the court entering the judgment. (Sec. 1 of Ord. 2017-09-04)
