3.12A.070 Allocation of monies collected.

Monies received from the tax imposed under this chapter shall be shared between Clark County and cities within Clark County as follows: sixty percent (60%) must be retained by Clark County and forty percent (40%) must be distributed on a per capita basis to cities within Clark County.
