3.12A.080 Use of monies collected.

Monies received from the tax imposed by this chapter shall be expended in accordance with RCW 82.14.450, and utilized for the purposes set forth in the ballot proposition set forth in Clark County Council Resolution No. 2022-05-03. (Sec. 1 of Ord. 2022-10-01)
