5.18.990 Repeal.

A resolution entitled “In the matter of the Clark County board of commissioners taxing gambling activities, providing for the registration of gambling activities defining offenses and fixing penalties” and adopted November 20, 1973, is hereby repealed. (Ord. 1975-10-7 (part), 1975)
