5.18.991 Report.

On or before May 1, 1976, and annually thereafter, the taxing officer and the Clark County sheriff may appear before the board of county commissioners at public hearing to be held by that body, and shall report on the success or failure of this chapter in terms of administration, police enforcement and the viability of the tax rate established herein for such activity.
