5.32.110 Closing hours.

(a)    All outdoor public amusement, entertainment or assembly shall not be open to the public before the hour of 9:00 A.M., and shall not remain open to the public after the hour of 2:00 A.M. of the next day.

(b)    If the applicant requests authority to allow the public to remain on the premises, that authority may be granted provided adequate provision is made for the health and safety of the public generally. (Sec. 11 of Res. passed March 19, 1970; amended by Sec. 13 of Ord. 1992-08-12)
