5.32.120 Fire protection standards.

No permit shall be granted hereunder unless the applicant has shown that the Clark County fire marshal, after consultation with the fire district in which the event is proposed to occur, has approved fire protection devices and equipment which are found to be adequate to insure fire and life safety for structures on the site, persons in attendance at the site, and adjacent properties.
