5.32.290 Compliance.

Compliance with the terms and conditions of this chapter shall constitute minimum health, sanitation, land-use and safety provisions. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions shall constitute a public nuisance and shall be subject to all criminal civil and equitable remedies as such.
