5.32.270 Municipal bodies exempt.

Municipal corporations organized under the laws of the state of Washington are exempt from the provisions of this chapter based upon sovereign authority of a municipal body to govern and regulate itself. (Sec. 27 of Res. passed March 19, 1970; amended by Sec. 26 of Ord. 1992-08-12)
