9.02.040 Penalty.

It shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of a maximum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and/or ninety (90) days incarceration in the county jail to commit any act made unlawful by this chapter or for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. (Sec. 4 of Ord. 1984-08-33)
