9.28.050 Removal of litter.

Responsibility for the removal of litter receptacles placed in parks, beaches, campgrounds and other public places, and on private property used by the public, shall belong to the public agency or person owning the public or private property. (Sec. 11 of Ord. 1988-08-36)
