9.32.035 Removal of recyclables from containers prohibited.

No person shall remove any recyclable material placed in or immediately adjacent to a container as part of a recycling program without the consent of the generator of such recyclable material or the solid waste collection company/contractor owning or operating the container under the authority of the county or the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission.
