9.32.039 Litter control surcharge—Facility operator’s compliance.

All solid waste facility operators under contract to the county shall enforce the provisions of Sections 9.32.036 through 9.32.038 and develop written procedures to be approved by the county director of public services to be used in the implementation, record keeping and enforcement of said sections.
