10.08A.050 Defenses.

It is a defense to a charge that a person or company violated the restrictions set out in Section 10.08A.040(1)(a), the person or company had no other means of getting from the point of origin to a haul route or the individual or company had no other means of getting from a haul route to the destination point except through the use of a non-haul route or restricted haul route road.
