14.20.030 Review by Clark County public health.

Upon such application, or as soon thereafter as reasonably possible, Clark County public health shall inspect the pool to see if it meets the standards of this chapter. If it does, a permit shall be issued and shall be kept posted at the pool or in the immediate vicinity. If it does not, Clark County public health shall issue a notice to not use the pool until a reinspection has established that the pool meets the standards of this chapter and of rules issued by the health department and such notice shall be kept prominently displayed at such pool.
