14.20.040 Criminal penalty.

Anyone operating a pool or allowing others to use a pool which has not been issued a permit, or after a Permit has been revoked, or after a Notice has been issued to not use a pool, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction in District Court shall be fined not to exceed $500.00.
