15.13.040 Applicability.

The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all requests to subdivide pursuant to Chapter 58.17 RCW and applications or proposals for new development or building construction, where building permits are required, which occurs within the wildland interface/intermix area after the date the ordinance codified in this chapter is adopted.
