15.13.050 General requirements.

(1)    Development and construction shall be designed, located and constructed to minimize the possibility of wildland fires involving structures and structural fires involving wildlands. NFPA 1144, Protection of Life and Property from Wildfire, as amended, will be used in approving any application. In addition to the requirements of this document, provisions of other codes, ordinances and standards adopted by Clark County shall be enforced as applicable.

(2)    All conditions of approval, necessary to comply with the provisions of this chapter, shall be recorded on the final plat, binding site plan or attached to the building permits or other approvals for development or construction. (Sec. 5 of Ord. 1993-05-01; amended by Sec. 1 of Ord. 2004-06-06)
